Change of Mind Returns
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if the product:
- Has a major fault.
- Is significantly different from the description or sample.
- Does not do what it is supposed to do.
- If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at mads@mewclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the product showing the fault.
Return Process
- Contact us at mads@mewclothing.com to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
- Return the item(s) in their original condition, including packaging and proof of purchase.
- We will inspect the returned item(s) upon receipt and notify you of the outcome.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.
Exclusions
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence are not eligible for return.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
