Change of Mind Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if the product:
    • Has a major fault.
    • Is significantly different from the description or sample.
    • Does not do what it is supposed to do.
  • If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at  mads@mewclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product showing the fault.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at mads@mewclothing.com to initiate a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Return the item(s) in their original condition, including packaging and proof of purchase.
  4. We will inspect the returned item(s) upon receipt and notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.

Exclusions

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence are not eligible for return.
  • Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
